Each YogaTrip is designed for our guests to experience the culture, food, nature and other local lifestyle and cultural aspects for their health enhancing benefits.
The Original YogaTrips
Mornings during YogaItalia begin with an invigorating yoga class in our private yoga studio in Sicily. Small group classes with 6 - 8 students allow for individual attention and a deeper upstanding of the poses. Your welcome reception, daily yoga classes, daily breakfast, visits to UNESCO World Heritage sites, our drivers, accommodations at 4 and 5 star boutique hotels and more are included.
Massage and airfare are not included.
Agri-turism
To compliment your healthy lifestyle ambitions we select historic working farms - the Agriturismo or larger Masseria - for our hands on cooking classes, picnics and tastings. Delicious farm to table meals showcase local wine, EVOO, the balsamic condiment and produce. Local chefs lead our weekly tasting for an afternoon pranzo ( lunch). Special diets ok!
Yoga IMMERSIONS
Want to immerse yourself in a yoga practice without the daily demands of your every day life back home? With daily yoga classes you can at Studio Luciana. A private one bedroom apartment is provided, within walking distance to Studio Luciana - your home base in Enna, Sicily for the week. Your dates are confirmed upon registration of your $500 deposit. Plan in advance as local apartments book months in advance. Total price: $1,500 for 7 days. Day excursions and spa therapies additional fee.
